• Financial Data includes bank account and payment card details. This data is shared with our payment system services provider but is not retained by British Art Fair.

• Technical Data includes internet protocol (IP) address, your login data, browser type and version, time zone setting and location, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system and platform and other technology on the devices you use to access this website.

• Usage Data includes information about how you use our website, products and services.

• Marketing and Communications Data includes your preferences in receiving marketing from us and our third parties and your communication preferences.

The purposes for which we process your personal information

Depending on how you use our site, your interactions with us, and the permission you give us, the purposes for which we use your personal information include:

Some of our Specific Third Parties, such a MailChimp, are based outside the European Economic Area (EEA) so their processing of your personal data will involve transfer of date outside of EEA.

Your personal information is kept for as long as it is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Therefore after this period data is destroyed, erased and anonymised. All information you provide to us is stored on our secure servers. Any payment transaction will be encrypted. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password which enables you to access certain parts of our site, you are responsible for keeping that password confidential. We ask you not to share your password with anyone.
